SHAMSHYAN.com informs that on January 13, at 03:30 a.m., a term soldier has been transferred to Yerevan “Mouratsan” hospital from army unit of NKR Qarvachar. 18-year old Mhel Khlghatyan had been severely beaten, as his family had informed.
According to information, he was nearly unconscious.
According to investigative department of Ministry of Defence, term soldier of N army unit Mher Armen Khlghatyan had been transferred to Central Military Hospital with bilateral pneumonia diagnosis.
