The lawyer of the Armenian driver Hrachya Harutyunyan, Ruben Margaryan has lodged an appeal in Moscow’s Tvers Court for bringing Harutyunyan to Court in a woman’s robe. Reminding that Harutyunyan is accused in a major car crash and death of 18 people.
Ruben Margaryan said: “Bringing the defendant to the Court room in woman’s robe and beach sandals is an obvious abuse of rights of arrested people”, Life news informs.
He noted that they are asking the court to consider the investigative acts illegal.
