The Senate voted Tuesday to suspend without pay three senators at the center of an expenses scandal. The three, Mike Duffy, Pamela Wallin and Patrick Brazeau, were appointed by Prime Minister Stephen Harper. Mr. Harper’s chief of staff was found to have reimbursed Mr. Duffy for $90,000 in improper expenses.
