Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan on Wednesday signed a decree on appointing Arshavir Gharamyan Secretary of the country’s Security Council after relieving him of his duties as the president’s representative at large, the presidential press service reported.
The post has been vacant since June 11 when Vitaly Balasanyan was dismissed as chief of the Security Council.
