Member of Heritage party Armen Martirosyan noted during his interview with Araratnews.am that he does not expect any major changes in Armenian-Russian relations during Sargsyan-Putin meeting.
‘Drastic changes have already taken place. Armenia is in vassal relations with Russia. For keeping their power and illegally piled wealth, our authorities have surrendered Armenia’s independence and put on sale the blood of all Armenians that have fought for liberating Artsakh and Armenia’, said Martirosyan.
He noted that RF president Vladimir Putin’s visit is not going to be a starting step but a confirmation of the failing policy of Armenian authorities.
‘Russia is trying to protect its interests, including Putin, as a political figure. It is our authorities that need to be blamed and not them. RF minister of defence and counsellor of SCTO informed that Russian military bases that are in Armenia, cannot be used against any post-Soviet country. This means that in case of war with Azerbaijan, those measures, called SCTO military base, cannot be used’, said he.
