Lawyer of Armenian actor Vardan Petrosyan informed Araratnews.am that the actor gave a testimony today and wrote that he refuses taking part at investigative works by investigator Hayk Hakobyan. The latter had expressed ignorantly about Petrosyan.
‘The actor had announced that he will not take part at any work of that investigator and informed that he had not apologized to him as some media representatives had announced’, said Nikolay Baghdasarov.
The layer informed our reporter that he has presented the second challenge to the judge for removing the investigator from processing.
‘We will keep applying the challenge until the judge finally dismisses him’, said Baghdasarov.
Vardan Petrosyan is in civil hospital now and his health condition is not so good.
