Head of NA ARF fraction Armen Rustamyan said during NA briefing that they evaluate 2014 budget plan ‘insufficient’.
‘We are trying to find something positive in the plan but have found only two points’, said he and added that they are: first, the creation of unified system of raising salaries, which brought symmetry in that system and the second is the rating policy in education field.
He noted that ARF will present some suggestions, there are several mutual initiatives, which are still at negotiation phase.
