The Court of First Instance of Center and Nork-Marash, presided by Gagik Poghosyan sentenced Vardan Sedrakyan, former presidential candidate, to 14 years imprisonment. The latter was accused of ordering the murder attempt of former presidential candidate Paruyr Hayrikyan.
The other 2 defendants Khachatur Poghosyan and Samvel Harutyunyan were sentenced to 14 and 12 years of imprisonment.
Reminding, that the prosecutor Aram Amirzadyan had sentenced Sedrakyan to 12 years of imprisonment in his speech.
