“Hraparak” writes that Robert Qocharyan did not take part at dinner thrown for Vladimir Putin. According to sources of the daily, Qocharyan is offended by Putin, as he tried to meet with Putin twice recently, but did not get any reply.
Araratnews.am made a telephone call to Qocharyan’s office and talked to Viktor Soghomonyan. The latter noted that Qocharyan did not receive an invitation for the dinner, besides he is not in the country and will be back at the end of the week.
Asked if Qocharyan is offended by Putin in some way, Soghomonyan denied.
