Political scientist Yervand Bozoyan turned to various comments concerning Putin’s possible visit to Armenia during his interview with Araratnews.am.
“After the collapse of USSR Russia’s influence on post-Soviet countries is huge, but I believe that that influence is more of a geopolitical sense and that country has no right to change ministers of create a new Government in our country”.
According to him, Armenian society has a traditional lifestyle and because a part of our society still thinks that the USSR has not been collapsed yet, that notion makes them believe that Putin is coming to make changes in the GOAM.
